- Commercial Data Protection is included for HEC’s Entra ID.
(User and business data is protected and will not leak outside HEC. You can be confident that chat data is not saved, any 3rd party has no eyes-on access to it, and it is not used to train the models.)

- For HEC’s tenant — you can use GPT-4 Turbo which is a paid LLM free to use.

- Centralized administration: IT Team can manage Copilot settings and policies for all users within the organization from a single location. This ensures consistency and compliance with HEC standards.

- Copilot is available to all HEC faculty and students with Microsoft 365 or Office 365 A1/A3/A5 licenses, including the Student Use Benefit .

- Audit logging: HEC can track how Copilot is being used within their network. This can be helpful for monitoring purposes and identifying potential security risks.
