How to verify an AWS cert?
There are two main ways to verify someone’s AWS certification:
Digital Badge Credly: AWS provides digital badges to everyone who earns a certification. These badges can be shared and verified through Credly’s Acclaim platform. Each badge has a unique link that, when clicked, will display the issue date and issuer (AWS Training and Certification). You can request the recipient to share their digital badge link with you for verification.
Validation Number Web Verification: If someone has a physical certificate, they can find a 16-digit alphanumeric validation number on their AWS Certified PDF certificate. This number can be used by anyone to verify the certification’s authenticity on the AWS website at https://aw.certmetrics.com/amazon/public/verification.aspx.
