Subject: Request for a Complimentary Membership in ACM
Dear ACM Membership Committee,
I am writing to request a complimentary membership in ACM for the upcoming year. My previous student membership recently expired, and I believe that my contributions and potential within the ACM community warrant continued involvement. As a dedicated member, I have been actively involved in promoting ACM initiatives and fostering a sense of technological awareness among the masses.
I had the privilege of founding and serving as the Chair of the ACM UET Peshawar Student Chapter (Chapter Group ID: 190342) in 2022. Through my leadership, I successfully organized various events and activities that brought together students and professionals alike, creating a platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration. I am proud of the positive impact we made within our community and would like to continue contributing to the advancement of ACM’s mission.
Although I initially intended to transition to a professional membership, my current employment situation has put a temporary hold on my plans. I recently interviewed with Microsoft Pakistan for a Cloud-based position, and while I am awaiting their decision, I am presently jobless. Despite this setback, I am confident in my skills and dedication to the field, and I am actively seeking new opportunities.
I genuinely believe that with a renewed membership, I can continue to be a valuable asset to the ACM community. I have established connections with technology giants and have been an advocate for ACM during my undergraduate studies. I am committed to expanding ACM’s reach and bringing its benefits to more individuals. Additionally, I am willing to support ACM through future donations to ensure the smooth operation of its programs and initiatives.
Thank you for considering my request for a one-year complimentary membership in ACM. I am passionate about the organization’s goals and eager to contribute my knowledge and skills to its continued success. I look forward to the opportunity to actively engage with the ACM community once again.
